Northampton Center for Couples Therapy (NCCT), a known leader in the practice of couple therapy, is seeking a creative and ambitious candidate for the open position of Sex Therapist.

In keeping with NCCT’s commitment to the whole person within relationship, sexual health is a fundamental part of our overall relational care model.  We are a forward-thinking, specialized group of couple therapists who work hard to understand the wide-ranging and fluid nature of sexual and relational well-being.

As a Sex Therapist providing care to couples, you will deliver direct clinical services to clients and have the unique opportunity to offer trainings and workshops, supervision, and other rewarding services as an expert in the field.  This role also has freedom to be a part or full-time position.

Qualifications: 

  • AASECT certified or eligible

  • 3-5 years clinical experience with couples 

  • Experience with multiple sexual health issues

  • Interest in or experience with presenting workshops/trainings and supervision

  • Experience working in an ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse environment

  • Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals/couples

  • Masters or Doctoral level clinical license in your field
